Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Senza. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

After 1 hour, your order may already be processed and prepared for international shipment. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it must follow the return procedure outlined below.


General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • All seals must be intact and unbroken.

  • The item must be in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.


Hygiene & Health Protection Exceptions

For reasons of health protection and hygiene (in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations), certain items cannot be returned once unsealed.

The following items are non-returnable if the seal has been broken:

  • All sex toys, including vibrators and dildos

  • Catsuits, stockings, and pantyhose

  • Wigs

  • Thongs

  • Condoms, supplements, tablets, lubricants, and creams

  • Senza gift cards


Specific Conditions for Sex Toys

Sex toys may only be returned if:

  • The product is completely unopened

  • The original packaging is intact

  • The hygiene seal has not been broken

If you have received a new device but are not satisfied, we can only accept the return if the product remains fully sealed and unused.


How to Return a Product

If you wish to return an item:

  1. First confirm that your product meets the eligibility requirements listed above.

  2. Ensure the original packaging and seals remain intact.

  3. Email us at support@mysenza.nl to register your return request.

  4. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes paid to local authorities are non-refundable.


Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused at delivery:

  • Any return shipping fees

  • Customs charges

  • Import duties

  • Carrier handling fees

Will be deducted from the refund amount.
